Design for Pets 

The idea of making a unique name tag for Dachshund, Bobie, was the motivation to establish our design and manufacturing firm. It was in the 3D printing class for the women about to leave more than 10-year-long maternity in late 2016 that most of the mothers were dying to print 3D name tags for their kids. We thought that other pet parents should have had the same idea of having special name tags for their pets. The first business idea came up with writing a name tag Info. on a 3D printing output. But, the idea was too expensive, time-consuming, unprolific, and unprofitable. As mass-production seemed to be the key to success, we faced rejection from molding companies. The prototypes of PETAG-V01-Poodle and Dachshund were finally produced as they were redesigned for injection molding. 

‘A fashionable name tag for pets and me’ is the main idea of PETAG-V01. Its quality is extraordinarily fine, comparing to other ordinary name tags, that not only our pets but also dog lovers can wear as a necklace accessory. Eco-friendly coating from Germany is applied for the purpose, which turns common plastics into fabulous light metal-looking objects. The info written postit in its body can be read whenever wanted by simply unlocking its body.
 
From our pet market research, PETAG-V01 can be used in the nations, which RFID microchip registration for pets is obligatory such as the US, UK, and Germany. It can, also, be used as a name tag for the Japenese pets, which nation a tag registration is obligatory. Petag-V01 is designed especially for the small breeds' families who are against the microchip injection. Instead of a shot, an RFID microchip can be worn in the neck by putting the chip into the PETAG-V01. The registration number and more info can be read by getting close to the provided reading gadget, hearing a ‘beep’ sound. *
 
The Republic of Korea will be the main testing bed for our virgin product, PETAG-V01. But, we are open to any small buyers overseas as long as contacting us via https://kr.gobizkorea.com/, https://www.buykorea.or.kr/, https://www.tradekorea.com/, and https://item.rakuten.co.jp/seoulmate/doggiebobie-petag-001/. The infrastructure of production is ready for 20,000 pieces per month for this year. But, 100,000 pieces per unit will be the contract unit from 2021 for the price control, i.e. 10 dollars per each. If the sales report at the end of this year comes out positive, more products in various gorgeous colours will be released in half of 2021. An App solution for the RFID registration is under development and looking for its application overseas. Pet products other than name tags will begin to be released from 2022, which will solve common problems like peeing training and cavity. 

Having been living with about a hundred dogs in and outside the house for more than 30 years, I consider myself as a dog expert who may listen to their wants and needs. Living with 5 dogs now, I focus on improving the quality of goods that my dogs daily use. I wish some of them come out successfully and may share their convenience with pet lovers all over the world.
